MT PRO

MT PRO is an interferometer that can be used to measure standard as well as multi-fiber connectors. It quickly and automatically detects the 3D shape index parameters of the connector endface.

MT Pro uses an upgraded optical system to accurately restore the details of the aspects and profile of the MPO/MTP. Accurate raw data ensures reliable 3D test results.

Single fiber height

The new optical and mechanical design extends the height range of individual fibers to -1000 ~ + 1000 nm under all test conditions.

Accurate test result

Each MT Pro system is calibrated using a 0.1 nm laser interferometer. Accuracy and consistency are required for the key MTP/MPO measurement parameters, including ROC, fiber height and core dip.

Automatic focusing

MT Pro can be configured to start the measurement from the Auto Focus function. The Auto Focus function can eliminate the difference on each fiber channel. Moreover, with this function the measurement procedure is greatly simplified, especially in the case of APC connectors.

Automatic calibration with reference mirror

MT Pro uses a reference mirror for automatic calibration of the device and maintains the highest performance under all conditions. Compared to manual tuning and data compensation, automatic calibration is fast and accurate.

Unique mounting for MTP/MPO adapter

Dimension uses a patented adapter for testing MTP/MPO ferrules

The frame mount for the MT ferrule is compatible with MT4, MT8, MT12, MT16, MT24, MT32, MT48 and MT72. Only one device is needed to test all MTP/MPO ferrules.

Fast switching between 0 ° and 8 ° angles

The specially designed holder platform allows for a quick change of the 0 ° / 8 ° position. No additional calibration is required. High repeatability and reproducibility are guaranteed. The fixture platform is compatible with all types of PC / APC MT / MPO products.

Just a single click is enough to complete all measurement procedures, including automatic focusing, scanning, analysis and all calculations. The test report will be ready in a few seconds.
