Albedo Net.Time Ω (Omega) is a universal, modular PTP/NTP/SyncE network clock with 4 GbE ports that, thanks to interchangeable modules, can be configured to the requirements of any industry – power utilities, data centers, railways, air traffic control or finance. It can operate as a master, boundary or slave clock and distribute a wide range of signals (PTP, NTP, SyncE, ToD, IRIG-B, 1PPS, T1/E1, MHz). Net.Time Ω simplifies migration to PTP without abandoning investments in NTP, IRIG-B or BITS – translating protocols in any direction.

Why is Net.Time Ω called a universal clock?

Thanks to its modular design and support for all PTP profiles (Telecom, Power, Utility), NTP, SyncE and legacy signals, a single model can be adapted to power utilities, telecommunications, data centers or finance – without replacing the platform.

How many devices can Net.Time Ω synchronize?

Up to 1024 PTP unicast clients and up to 1,000,000 NTP transactions per second, which allows very large networks to be served from a single node.

Does it support PRP without an additional RedBox?

Yes – Net.Time Ω offers native PTP/NTP over PRP (DAN-P clock), so it does not require an external RedBox in dual-redundancy networks (IEC 62439-3).
