fiberdoc® Software

FiberDoc is new software for viewing and verifying OTDR trace files (.SOR, .TRC, etc.) and creating OTDR measurement reports. Intended for all operators and installers of optical networks, it makes it easier to check and assess the network and to create OTDR measurement documentation. A key advantage of FiberDoc is its compatibility with a wide range of OTDR instruments (Bellcore/Telcordia, Ando/Yokogawa, Anritsu, EXFO, Nettest, Siemens/Siecor, Tektronix, Wavetek/Acterna).

EVENT TABLE:

For all defined events, the loss is given in both directions along with the averaged loss, which is the true representation of the loss at the events. Events such as loss, power level and return loss can be read. Double-clicking a given event value shows the screen from the bidirectional measurement.
