ToupTek IUE – large-pixel camera (96 µm) for chemiluminescence and protein detection

ToupTek IUE is a specialized camera with a large-format panel detector featuring a huge 96 µm pixel (~1.8 MP), optimized for ultra-low light – protein detection and chemiluminescence. Up to 120 fps at full resolution and low dark current deliver high contrast with a weak signal.

What is a machine vision camera?

Machine vision cameras are used for automated inspection, measurement and imaging in manufacturing and research. The key factors are: shutter type (global shutter eliminates fast-motion distortion), data interface (USB3/GigE/10GigE/CameraLink/CoaXPress), triggering and I/O (synchronization with light sources and drives) and a cross-platform SDK for integration.

Key features

  • Large-format panel detector, 96 µm × 96 µm pixel, ~1.8 MP
  • Up to 120 fps (full resolution), rolling shutter
  • Low dark current, low-light design
  • USB3.0, hardware binning 1×1/2×2/3×3, ROI (auto-ROI)
  • Gain 0-32 dB, exposure ~30 µs-33.5 s
  • Synchronization signals (Trigger Ready/Strobe/GPO), buffer, SDK for Win/Linux/macOS
