PROCLEAVE HS – HIGH STRENGTH FIBER CLEAVER

The ProCleave HS is an advanced fiber cleaver for fibers up to 250 μm. The cleaver is specially designed for use on production lines, where ease of use, process speed and high production throughput are of key importance. At the same time, the cleaver is well suited to R&D environments.

The ProCleave HS is an advanced electronic fiber cleaver for fibers up to 250 μm. The cleaver is specially designed for use on production lines, where ease of use, process speed and high production throughput are of key importance. At the same time, the cleaver is well suited to R&D environments.

The ProCleave HS uses an advanced ultrasonic diamond to achieve optimal cleaving performance and consistency. The cleaver generates very flat end faces, low cleave angles (typically < 0.5°) with minimal blade intrusion.

The ProCleave HS has a clamping mechanism designed for ease of use and with process speed in mind.

The ProCleave HS is powered from an external power source or by a built-in battery.

The ProCleave HS is used together with a fiber holder from the splicer (compatible with all major splicer brands*).
