Picosecond Laser Diode Driver (LDD/TEC) Innolume – pulse driver from 50 ps

The Picosecond Laser Diode Driver (LDD/TEC) from Innolume is designed to generate very short laser pulses with widths down to 50 picoseconds. The pulsed current driver and the thermoelectric cooling (TEC) driver are integrated in a single, compact housing, designed to work with a 14- or 10-pin butterfly mount.

It is a pulse driver that forces ultra-short current pulses of picosecond order on the laser diode, while stabilizing the module temperature with a TEC driver. It delivers the shortest pulses in the Innolume driver lineup (from 50 ps) while retaining a compact design and easy integration. A variant with a synchronization input (SYNC) and one with a factory-installed, ready-to-run laser diode are also available.
