The Nanosecond Laser Diode Driver (LDD/TEC) from Innolume generates precise laser pulses with durations from 1 to 100 nanoseconds. In a single, compact housing it integrates the current driver and the thermoelectric cooling (TEC) driver, which makes it easy to install in research and industrial equipment.
It is a pulse driver that forces short current pulses of nanosecond order on the laser diode, while stabilizing the module temperature by means of a TEC driver. Combining both functions in a single device simplifies the optical path and ensures pulse repeatability. The driver is also available in a variant with a synchronization input (SYNC) and with a factory-installed, ready-to-run laser diode.
