SuperK FIANIUM lasers emit white light in the 390-2400 nm range. By adding one of our filters, the SuperK can be transformed into an ultra-tunable laser. Our supercontinuum lasers are maintenance-free, and the monolithic fiber architecture ensures excellent reliability and a lifetime of thousands of hours.

The SuperK series is based on NKT Photonics’ world-renowned Crystal Fibre technology, which has reliably delivered supercontinuum to both commercial and academic users for over 15 years.
Our lasers are fully monolithic, ensuring excellent reliability and a lifetime of thousands of hours – as well as maintenance-free and consistent operation. For scientific applications we offer a 2-year warranty.

SAFE OPERATION
Operating the SuperK FIANIUM is easy and intuitive for users from any discipline. Get a supercontinuum of light at the push of a single button!
The emission button allows you to switch the light on and off without having to reduce the optical power or wait for the system to warm up or cool down. In standby mode, the laser remembers the last power setting or the current setting and returns to the same level when emission is switched on again.
You can access all laser functions from the SuperK CONTROL graphical user interface on a PC.
ROBUST, MAINTENANCE-FREE
The robust system is fully modular, enabling easy operation and service, where accessory modules can be added without configuration – all plug & play.
Functions can be changed on the fly without shutting down the system.
The SuperK FIANIUM series is ideal for applications requiring high beam performance. The diffraction-limited output of the patented collimator design ensures excellent single-mode, broadband collimation at high power.
Filtering and beam-steering operations are performed precisely thanks to high pointing accuracy and broadband beam collimation. Finally, the excellent single-mode Gaussian beam quality enables coupling of light back into a single-mode fiber with an efficiency of up to 70%.

The SuperK FIANIUM series has a range of features allowing the user to monitor and expand the source’s functions. Standard trigger and output synchronization functions such as NIM are used for hardware control.
Signals are available for monitoring the status of the SuperK FIANIUM series at variable repetition rate. More importantly, the series is equipped with a digital communication bus interface for intelligent communication with the SuperK Accessory suite.
