The LIOS PRE.VENT range of industrial monitoring solutions uses our robust DTS and DSM technology to deliver flexible monitoring solutions for round-the-clock surveillance of a wide range of industrial applications. With all the benefits of LIOS PRE.VENT, but with an even greater measurement range, LIOS PRE.VENT Long Range gives users the exceptional ability to monitor very large structures with just a single installation.

These solutions provide highly reliable and accurate data – even in industrial environments – while offering robustness, scalability and the option of up to 16 individual channels to cover complex infrastructure. Even in large and complex installations, LIOS PRE.VENT Long Range still delivers cost-effective yet fully automated data analysis with highly precise and accurate temperature mapping.

Using just a single optical fiber, our DTS system covers thousands of measurement points along the sensing cable, making DTS technology significantly more cost-effective in terms of installation and maintenance compared with other sensor technologies.

The optical fiber can withstand very high temperatures as well as mechanical and environmental exposure, and can therefore be used across a very wide range of applications where extreme heat is a challenge, such as induction furnaces or chemical reactors.
