Innolume pulsed laser (turnkey) – picosecond and nanosecond DFB source with driver

The pulsed laser (turnkey) from Innolume is a complete, ready-to-operate light source combining a laser diode with a dedicated driver. Two types of sets are available: one with a diode generating nanosecond pulses together with a nanosecond driver, the other with a diode for picosecond pulses together with a picosecond driver. Integration of CW modules with CW drivers is also possible.

What is the Innolume pulsed laser (turnkey)?

This is an integrated turnkey system – a DFB laser diode (distributed feedback, single-frequency) coupled to an optical fiber, connected to a matched pulse current driver and TEC control. The user receives a ready pulse source without having to select and calibrate the driver themselves. The nanosecond set is intended for longer pulse durations, and the picosecond set – for generating ultrashort pulses (typically 60 ps). Other combinations of module and driver are also possible on customer request.

Picosecond version (e.g. OPD1015000YY0D2PGXXX): peak power 250 mW, pulse 0.06 ns, repetition 0–30 MHz.
Nanosecond version (e.g. OPD1015000YY0D3PNXXX): peak power 300 mW, pulse 1–100 ns, repetition 0–10 MHz.
Both versions available for wavelengths from 1015 nm to 1027 nm (in 1 nm steps), peak current 2 A, fiber-optic housing.
