LIGHTEL Pump Combiners and High-Power Fiber Laser Components

LIGHTEL high-power fiber laser and amplifier chain components: N×1 and (N+1)×1 pump combiners (up to 10 kW), Mode Field Adapter, Cladding Power Stripper, Fiber End-Cap, FBG mirrors, high-power isolators and circulators, and QBH delivery heads. Patented fiber splicing technology.

LIGHTEL pump combiners and high-power fiber laser components are the building blocks of the fiber laser and amplifier chain — from combining pump diodes, through mode and cladding power management, to delivering the high-power beam. LIGHTEL uses a patented fiber splicing technology that increases combiner reliability.

These are components for the materials processing industry, medicine and scientific/defense applications, where fiber lasers are valued for their precision, efficiency and low operating costs.

Variants offered

  • Pump combiners: N×1, (N+1)×1 pump+signal, (6+1)×1 side-pump, (1+1)×1 / (2+1)×1, PM versions, 2000 nm, reverse-pump, active (2+1)×1, High Power Laser Combiners
  • High-power fiber components: Mode Field Adapter (MFA), Cladding Power Stripper (CPS), Fiber End-Cap (FEC, PM/Non-PM), FBG mirrors for fiber lasers, DMR, pulse stretcher (also tunable)
  • High-power micro-optics: single-/dual-stage isolators 20–100 W, 1064 nm circulator, PBS/PBC, High Power FWDM, Pump Laser Protector, high-power Tap Coupler/Monitor

Frequently asked questions

Up to what power are pump combiners available?
Standard up to 1800 W in 7×1/19×1 configurations; custom configurations handling total power of up to 10 kW are available.

What are the Cladding Power Stripper and Fiber End-Cap?
The CPS removes unwanted light from the cladding of a double-clad fiber (DCF), while the FEC reduces the power density at the fiber facet and — thanks to its built-in mode stripper — protects the chain against back reflection.

Do you offer components for 2 µm?
Yes — 2000 nm combiners and isolators and other components for thulium/holmium lasers.
