ToupTek ITR3CMOS – cooled CMOS camera (two-stage TEC) for low light and long exposure

ToupTek ITR3CMOS is a cooled CMOS camera for low-light and long-exposure imaging, with sensitive Sony Exmor sensors and two-stage TEC cooling (ΔT≈40°C below ambient). The anti-condensation design and closed-loop control provide low dark current and stability during long exposures.

What is a low-light cooled CMOS camera?

Deep cooling reduces dark current and noise, enabling the capture of very weak signals at exposures reaching 3600 s. The ITR3CMOS targets fluorescence/chemiluminescence, spectral/UV detection and semiconductor and materials analysis.

Key features

  • Sensitive, low-noise CMOS sensors (Sony Exmor and others)
  • Two-stage TEC, ΔT≈40°C + anti-condensation design, closed-loop control
  • Exposure typically up to 3600 s
  • 8/12/16-bit depth, ROI, binning, Gamma/LUT
  • USB 3.0; 10GigE / CameraLink options (model)
  • Industrial IO, triggering and multi-camera sync; IR-CUT / dual AR windows
