V. Measurement files in the OTDR-AI service
Measurement files (.sor, .trc and derived formats) uploaded by the user to the OTDR-AI application (otdr.interlab.com.pl) are stored on servers of INTERLAB Sp. z o.o. (hosted in the EU) for the purpose of providing the service — i.e. enabling the user to analyse, archive and re-access their own measurements (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract for the provision of an electronic service). The files may contain personal data entered by the user or by the measurement instrument (e.g. operator name, locations, comments) — the user is responsible for the lawfulness of uploading them. Files are accessible only to the account that uploaded them and to persons with whom the user knowingly shares measurements via the collaboration feature. The user may at any time delete individual files or all of their measurement data directly in the application (Archive → delete); deletion is irreversible. We store measurement data until it is deleted by the user or the account is removed. INTERLAB does not use the contents of measurement files for any purpose other than providing and improving the service.
