Interlab is an authorized AEM service center and offers full support for the manufacturer’s flagship devices, such as the TestPro CV100 and the Network Service Assistant (NSA). The TestPro CV100 is a certifier for copper and fiber installations, used for detailed link validation, attenuation measurements, PoE and operational correctness, while the NSA is a hybrid Qualification+ tester with Certi-Lite technology, allowing you to combine copper, fiber and PoE tests, multi-gigabit speeds and diagnostics of wired and wireless networks.
What we offer as part of servicing:
- full warranty service — repairs within the manufacturer’s warranty period, using original parts, in accordance with AEM guidelines,
- post-warranty service — repairs after the manufacturer’s warranty period or due to user fault, diagnostics and maintenance,
- calibration center — professional calibration of devices together with the issuance of a calibration certificate confirming their accuracy and reliability.
Calibration with a quality certificate
At Interlab, calibration of AEM devices is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures and under conditions guaranteeing measurement repeatability. Every device that arrives at our service center undergoes a detailed process of verifying the measurement paths, functional tests and inspection of accessories.
After the work is completed, we issue an official Calibration Certificate, which:
• confirms that the device meets the requirements of the manufacturer AEM,
• documents the accuracy chain referenced to NIST standards (traceability),
• specifies the environmental conditions under which the calibration was performed,
• contains the calibration date, serial number and customer data,
• indicates the calibration cycle recommended by the manufacturer (12 months).
Thanks to the certificate, the user can be sure that their meter or tester maintains its declared accuracy and is ready for further use in projects requiring the highest measurement credibility.
Extended AEM service care – Extended Care
The manufacturer’s standard warranty covers 2 years of protection for TestPro CV100 and Network Service Assistant (NSA) devices and 1 year for fiber modules and adapters. Upon product registration, the warranty period for the main devices is extended to 5 years. This protection applies exclusively to manufacturing defects – it does not cover mechanical damage, user errors or natural wear.
For customers requiring a broader scope of protection, the AEM Extended Care plan is available, providing a significantly higher level of protection and convenience. This service includes, among others:
- Free repairs in the case of damage not covered by the standard warranty (e.g. drops, spills).
- Priority technical support – faster responses and shorter reaction time.
- Annual calibration (up to 3 cycles within the plan), concluded with the issuance of a calibration certificate.
- Software and firmware updates, guaranteeing access to the latest features and improvements.
- Simplified replacement process for damaged accessories, e.g. adapters, without unnecessary formalities.
- Access to online training and webinars, facilitating everyday use of the devices in practice.
- Cost savings – lower total cost of equipment ownership.
- Longer device lifespan, which translates into a better return on investment.
Extended Care is a paid plan that must be purchased within 3 months of purchasing the device. It can be concluded for a period of 1 or 3 years, with the possibility of further extension.
Thanks to the extended care, TestPro CV100 and NSA users can be sure that their equipment works reliably in all conditions, and any downtime is kept to a minimum.

How to deliver equipment for servicing?
You can hand over the equipment to us in the most convenient way for you – in person or via a courier company.

The equipment should be properly protected against transport damage – ideally in the original packaging or a solidly padded parcel.
Remember to place the RMA number in a visible location.
