Our parent company was founded in 1977 in Japan. We put 40 years of experience in manufacturing optical and optomechanical components at your service for scientific research and the photonics industry. We have a strong presence in Asia and the USA. 8 out of 10 researchers know the Optosigma brand, part of the SIGMAKOKI Group.Our goal at OptoSigma is simple. In April 2014 we opened a new logistics center in France. We can deliver standard components to you within a few days! We operate 6 factories and a design center, which allows us to offer you the most demanding products in optics and optomechanics without breaking the bank. The reason for such extensive customization capability and flexibility is that Optosigma was founded to manufacture photonic components on demand for scientists and researchers. It is in our DNA and we continue to do it.

Optics and optical coatings

OptoSigma offers a wide range of optical components, including: mirrors, beam splitter mirrors, beamsplitter cubes, polarizers, lenses, filters, prisms, laser crystals and microscope objectives. High-quality products enable precise beam steering, reflection and collimation in your setup. We provide the highest-quality products. What is unique is that OptoSigma is able to fully customize a product to the individual needs of the customer.

Types of mirrors:

supermirrors for resonator cavities, whose surface reflectance approaches 100%, enabling highly precise time or distance measurements
low-dispersion mirrors used in femtosecond laser setups
frameless mirrors that allow the reflective coating to cover the maximum mirror surface
dielectric mirrors, which are more durable than conventional ones and used in high-power laser setups
linear laser mirrors, coated with multiple layers of different refractive index

Translation stages

Translation stages are elements that enable precise movement along one or several axes. Owing to their versatility, they can be used in many optical setups requiring micrometer precision. OptoSigma offers manual and motorized translation stages. The user can control the movement via the SG SAMPLE software or their own program implemented, for example, in LabVIEW.

Actuators and micrometer screws

If the user needs higher precision, we offer replacing standard micrometer screws with higher-resolution ones. Motorized controllers can be fitted to manual translation stages.

Accessories

To ensure safety against laser radiation, we offer filters and protective panels. In addition, safety goggles are offered to users working with open optics. Our range also includes a He-Ne laser and LED sources.

The optical and optomechanical components are fully compatible with products from other manufacturers such as Thorlabs, Newport, Edmund Optics and Standa. The optical tables offered by OptoSigma are also compatible with optical and optomechanical components from other manufacturers. This makes it possible to complete equipment for an existing optical setup.
