RECOMMENDED PLATFORM
A system for the most demanding microstructured fibers, combining end-face imaging with a controlled heat source.
Factory option — it must be ordered with the new splicer and cannot be retrofitted later.
LAB COVERAGE MATRIX
Each profile is checked against the base platform and any required extension.
RECOMMENDED WORKFLOW
Specialty fibers differ in more than diameter. Materials, refractive-index profile, hole geometry, coating type and target optical load all matter. The final system and splicing recipe are confirmed by an application engineer.
